Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee that all plants will arrive healthy and in good condition. If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or does not match the description provided, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, we require:

  • Clear photographs of the plant showing the issue
  • Photographs of the packaging materials
  • Your order number and delivery date
  • A brief description of the problem

Eligible Returns

We accept returns or offer replacements in the following situations:

  • The plant arrived damaged due to shipping issues
  • The plant was unhealthy or diseased upon arrival
  • An incorrect plant was delivered
  • The plant does not match the description provided on our website

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of living plants, we cannot accept returns in the following situations:

  • Changes in plant appearance due to natural growth or environmental adaptation
  • Issues arising from improper care after delivery
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect plant health
  • Plants that have been repotted or altered after delivery
  • Returns requested more than 48 hours after delivery without prior communication

Return Process

If you need to return a plant or report an issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your plant by email or phone
  2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
  3. Send clear photographs as requested
  4. Our team will review your case and respond within 24 hours
  5. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate

Replacement or Refund

Upon approval of your return claim, you may choose between:

  • A replacement plant of the same variety shipped at no additional cost
  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval. Shipping charges may be refunded if the issue was due to our error or shipping damage.

Shipping Damage

We carefully package all plants to ensure safe transit. However, if your plant arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

  • Document the damage with photographs immediately upon opening
  • Keep all packaging materials for potential inspection
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through replacement or refund.

Plant Care Support

Before initiating a return, we encourage you to reach out to our plant care team. Many issues can be resolved with proper guidance, and we are here to help your plants thrive. We provide ongoing support to all customers at no charge.

Local Pickup

For plants picked up at our location, please inspect your plant before leaving. If you have any concerns, let us know immediately and we will address them on the spot. Returns for picked-up plants must be reported within 24 hours.

Seasonal Considerations

During extreme weather conditions, we may temporarily suspend shipping to protect plant health. If weather poses a risk during your delivery window, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date.
